Meraas conceived the project as a vertical landscape rather than a cluster of towers. Hanging gardens punctuate each building at carefully considered intervals — reading lounges on the lower floors, wellness studios at mid-height, event salons and private terraces higher up — drawing greenery, natural light and fresh air deep into the fabric of residential life. The architecture moves freely: every line leads toward the sky. 557 residences are distributed across three towers ranging from thirty to thirty-seven storeys, from one-bedroom suites of approximately 70 sqm to four-bedroom apartments approaching 260 sqm, completed by three exceptional penthouses with private pools, home gyms and panoramic terraces. The interiors speak in restraint and texture — stone-laid floor plans, oak laminates, marble basins, 1.40 m deep balconies that widen into private terraces on the lower and upper floors.
