What is the payment plan?

10% / 40% / 50% — Q2 2028. The details, up-to-date availability and current prices are sent on request by your Level8 advisor.

Can I get the Golden Visa with this purchase?

Yes. Any investment above AED 2M qualifies for the 10-year Golden Visa, for you and your family. Level8 coordinates the application end to end.

What are the purchase fees?
