The first development of an urban-culture brand designed by Imtiaz Developments to travel — Dubai, then London, Miami and Madrid — it is conceived not as a residence but as an urban lifestyle philosophy, a tribe of creators with a shared mindset. The architecture is a literal collision of discrete rectilinear volumes, offset and rotated against one another, finished in rough concrete grey, reflective bronze glass and warm timber soffits. Expressive cantilevers project boldly beyond the lower floors, while a robust podium of retail, lobbies and F&B engages the street and a pedestrian bridge connects directly to the metro station. The composition refuses the generic glass-tower default — beauty earned, not applied. Inside, the residences are fully furnished and minimal by design: open kitchens, integrated Bosch and Samsung appliances, Villeroy & Boch, Bagno Design and Geberit fixtures, Alexa-enabled smart home, smart wardrobes and walk-in closets, acoustic detailing. Studios, one-bed suites, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, plus RAW Stay serviced units operated by Imtiaz. Life happens in the in-between.
