When is The Yards delivered?
Handover is scheduled for Q1 2029. The date is set in the sale contract (SPA) registered at the Dubai Land Department.
What is the payment plan?
A staged payment plan — a deposit on booking, then instalments during construction.. The details, up-to-date availability and current prices are sent on request by your Level8 advisor.
Can I get the Golden Visa with this purchase?
Yes. Any investment above AED 2M qualifies for the 10-year Golden Visa, for you and your family. Level8 coordinates the application end to end.
What are the purchase fees?
Roughly 4% Dubai Land Department (DLD) fees + registration. No annual property tax, no tax on rent. Level8 gives you the full figures before any reservation.
Can I buy remotely, from abroad?
